Feeling stuck? Questioning your direction? This is your next step. The UW Alumni Career Design Program is a guided, community-powered online experience that helps you take action — without quitting your job or starting from scratch.

You’ll spend 30 days reconnecting with what matters, exploring new directions, and building a flexible plan for what’s next — whether you’re seeking more purpose, better pay or a career that finally fits your life.

This four-week course starts on Sept. 26, 2026. Enroll by Sept. 5 to save $50.
